Police arrested a 24-year-old man in Arnold, Mo., at Pomme Creek Golf Course after he stole a golf cart, drug an employee behind him, and caused damage to the course’s property.
Police said the suspect, who appeared to be intoxicated, rented a golf car and started driving off property before a golf course employee spotted him. The employee jumped on the cart to confront the man, but the suspect kept driving, eventually dragging the employee behind him.
Police arrested the man after he crashed the golf cart into a gate, causing $700 in damage.
