After missing nearly all of 2016 due to injury, Tiger Woods is slated to return to some familiar venues this year.
Woods has confirmed that he will make his 2017 debut Jan. 26-29 at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines, a course where he has won eight times. The following week, he is scheduled to travel to the European Tour’s Dubai Desert Classic for a star-studded event that is slated to include Rory McIlroy, Henrik Stenson and Danny Willett.
After taking a week off, Tiger plans to play in the Genesis Open at Riviera from Feb. 16-19. His foundation is now the host of that tournament, previously called the Northern Trust Open.

The last time we saw Woods in action, he finished 15th out of 17 competitors at the Hero World Challenge in the Bahamas last month. Prior to that, he had not played competitive golf since August 2015 at the Wyndham Championship.
