PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FLORIDA – On a scale of 1-10, how hard is the Stadium Course right now?
There are those who might give it an 8: Chad Campbell, Brian Gay, Danny Lee and Scott Piercy have all carded a dreaded snowman.
There are those who might give it a 9: Piercy also had one of those.
And there is even one player who will give it a perfect 10: Anirban Lahiri, sitting inside the cut line at the time, dumped three balls into the water on No. 18 and walked away with a rare sextuple bogey.
Lahiri has company. One group managed to play the par-3 17th in 9-over par, including a waterlogged sextuple-bogey 9 from Zac Blair, who hit three balls in the water. He was joined by Blayne Barber and Tyrone Van Aswegen, who both went in the water once.
147-yard par 3.
It's now playing as the hardest hole today.

A total of 18 balls found the water on No. 17 in the first round, but by mid-afternoon Friday’s numbers had already surpassed that number.
