With sponsor assistance and creative financial thinking, the American Junior Golf Association is rolling back its prices. According to executive director Stephen Hamblin, the reduction of membership, tournament entry and tournament qualifier fees is a concerted effort by the Braselton, Georgia-based enterprise to make competitive golf more affordable and more accessible. “The goal for the AJGA is for the partners and sponsors to pay 70 percent and the juniors to pay 30 percent,” Hamblin said. “We are getting there.
