Growing up, I was a daddy's girl. No disrespect to my mom, but I was a tomboy. Shopping, playing dress-up and girl talk weren't for me. Instead, I was interested in sports, competition, yard work, building things and hanging around with the guys.
I followed my dad, Rock, and my brother, Ryan, around like a shadow. All of my brother's friends were my best friends, too. I did my best to keep up with them in all the games we played.
Ryan is the reason I started playing golf. Whenever he picked up a new sport, it meant I was going to try it, too. We both got hooked on golf when I was nine years old and he was 16.
